In addition to the video I made about the ski trip, I was able to get some footage of myself skiing during the camp. I’ve got gray pants on the first day and then red pants for days 2 and 3. Some of it is in slow motion, which we use to analyze every, tiny movement.
I’m on my Head Rev 90 skis, which I mainly use when I go out West. Great skis.

Doing this one thing can help make sure your legs no longer burn after you ski. It’s a simple thing that most people flat out do wrong. Within 5 minutes, you’ll be on your way to more enjoyable skiing.
